Writer Yu Hua: I feel wronged for Ronaldo, he has one or two Ballon d’Or awards taken by Messi

A few days ago, Yu Hua, a well-known Chinese writer, talked about the classic question of choosing Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo in an interview. He said that he prefers Cristiano Ronaldo, and Messi took one or two Ballon d’Or awards belonging to Cristiano Ronaldo!

Yu Hua, 61 years old, a native of Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is a contemporary Chinese writer and a member of the Committee of the Chinese Writers Association.

After failing the college entrance examination in 1978, he entered the health center as a dentist. In 1983, he published his first short story “The First Dormitory”. In 1987, he published short stories such as “A Long Journey at Eighteen”, “April 3rd Incident” and “1986”, establishing his status as a pioneer writer; in the same year, he went to Beijing Luxun Academy of Literature for further studies.

In 1990, his first novel “Shouting in the Drizzle” was published. In 1992, published the novel “Alive”. In 1995, the novel “Xu Sanguan Selling Blood” was published in “Harvest” magazine. In 1998, for his novel “Alive”, he won the highest Italian literary award – the Grinzana Carver Literary Award.

In a recent interview, when asked about Messi or Ronaldo, Yu Hua replied: “In a sense, I prefer Ronaldo!

Why? Because Messi has won so many Ballon d’Or awards, one or two of which should be given to Ronaldo, right? ”

After saying that, Yu Hua burst out laughing, unable to restrain his soft spot for Ronaldo.

When commenting on Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi, Yu Hua said: “Because I think they are the greatest stars of their generation, it is difficult for you to say who is stronger. Messi’s teammates are probably more in tune with him.”

The reason I like Ronaldo more is that I feel that he has one or two Ballon d’Ors taken by Messi (hahaha), and I feel aggrieved for him. ”

Finally, Yu Hua said: “I think his (Cristiano Ronaldo) honor can be a little less than Messi’s, but not too much.” Source
