In the 5th Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice of 2021, Bama Fire Hemp Oil, with an acidity (KOH) failure, produced on October 11, 2020 by Liaoning Shengmai Industry Co. and sold by Fujian Yonghui Superstores Ltd. in Jinyang Jindu Store in Nanping City.
In the Announcement of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Information No. 6, 2021, snakehead fish (purchase date 11 September 2020) sold by Fujian Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. Jinfeng Xicheng Branch, failed enrofloxacin.

In the 9th food safety supervision and sampling information announcement in 2021, pepper peanuts (date of manufacture December 3, 2020) sold by Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. supermarket in Wusi North Road, Fuzhou, Fujian, failed aflatoxin B1.
After sorting out found that Yonghui Superstores 15 batches of unqualified food, snakehead fish, ice squid, positive crab and other aquatic products sampling failed 8 times.
The sampling failed items involve ofloxacin, enrofloxacin, cadmium, etc.
According to the risk alert issued by the Fujian Provincial Administration of Market Supervision, ofloxacin belongs to the quinolone class of drugs, with a wide antibacterial spectrum, strong activity and other characteristics, had been widely used in the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases of livestock and poultry. According to the regulations, the use of ofloxacin in food animals ceased (not detectable in animal food).
Consumption of food with detected ofloxacin may cause dizziness, headache, poor sleep, gastrointestinal irritation and other symptoms.
Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolones, a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, used for the treatment of skin infections, respiratory tract infections in animals, etc., is the exclusive use of drugs for animals. According to the relevant regulations, the maximum residue limit of enrofloxacin in fish (skin + meat) and other animal muscles is 100μg/kg.
Long-term intake of food with enrofloxacin exceeding the limit may cause symptoms such as dizziness, headache, poor sleep, gastrointestinal irritation or discomfort.
Cadmium (in Cd) is one of the most common contaminants of heavy metal elements.
The National Standard for Food Safety Limits of Contaminants in Food (GB 2762-2017) stipulates that the limit for cadmium (in Cd) in fresh vegetables (except leafy vegetables, bean vegetables, root and tuber vegetables, stem vegetables and yellow cabbage) is 0.05mg/kg.
Last year many times in Anhui sampling failed
According to Xin’an Evening News-Anhui.com, Anhui Yonghui Superstores has been named more than ten times in the notices of unqualified food sampling tests published by the Market Supervision Administration since March last year.
