Once his peers and colleagues discovered this, the news quickly spread online, sparking a flurry of discussions. Many netizens expressed their sighs, remarking that “it seems real estate is really tough this year.”
The AV clip in question was captured and circulated widely on Weibo. In the video, the real estate agent played the role of a wealthy second-generation individual visiting a massage parlor and engaging in non-consensual acts with a female massage therapist. Screenshots from the AV production and related posts have gained attention.
It is known that the real estate agent had previously worked as a property consultant, interacting with numerous industry professionals, which made him easily recognizable among insiders, leading to discussions about his new venture.
Many netizens pointed out that this incident indirectly reflects the difficulties faced in the real estate industry this year.
