According to Wenzhou’s local media, Budweiser’s Wenzhou Factory, the largest foreign investment project in the manufacturing industry in China’s Wenzhou Economic Development Zone, officially opened on December 19th. Its logistics fleet carrying “Wenzhou brewed” Budweiser slowly drove out of the factory and shipped it from Wenzhou to markets across China for the first time.
Budweiser Wenzhou Factory is located in Jinhai Third Road, South Zhejiang Industrial Cluster (Economic Development Zone), covering an area of 500 acres and a planned total investment of 2 billion yuan.
The first phase of the project opened yesterday, with an investment of 1.45 billion yuan, has two bottling production lines and one canning production line, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons. The beer brands produced include Budweiser, Harbin, Shuanglu, Yandangshan, etc.
