King.com recently sued Korean developer Avocado Entertainment for copying its mobile game Farm Heroes Saga in the Seoul Central District Court.
According to King.com’s legal representative in Korea, Lee & Ko, Avocado’s mobile game Forest Mania employs the same scoring technique. Instead of fruits and veggies, the Korean version uses animals like fox, frogs and hippos.
King.com is requesting a distribution ban on Forest Mania as well as damages of 100 million won ($90,867).
