In response, the official Douyin account of J&T Express, “Rabbit Courier,” clarified: “The information provider is not an official company account and does not represent the company’s position. The company will continue to strive to provide better services to customers.”
A search revealed that the IP address of the aforementioned “J&T Express” account is in Jiangsu, indicating it’s a personal account, which has now changed its username. Extreme Rabbit is currently reporting and handling cases of impersonation of official accounts and spreading of rumors to the authorities.
