Using Mouth for Physical Examination, Licking Private Parts: 60-Year-Old Doctor Accused of Molesting Female Patient Using Unorthodox Examination Methods

In today’s society, doctors are widely respected as guardians of life, possessing the ability to save lives between the thin line of life and death.

However, it is shocking that some doctors abuse their positions and engage in unacceptable behaviors.

Recently, an unbelievable incident occurred in Xiamen.

Ms. Huang needed a health certificate as part of her job application process, so she made an appointment for a physical examination.

In the final examination, a doctor in his sixties, without any reasonable explanation, locked the door and asked Ms. Huang to remove her shirt, put her hands on her hips, and lean against the wall for the examination.

Initially, Ms. Huang thought this was a normal examination procedure and didn’t suspect anything, so she complied with the doctor’s request.

What terrified Ms. Huang was that the doctor not only touched her intimate parts but also used his mouth to suck her breasts, claiming it was part of the examination.

Ms. Huang immediately realized something was wrong and sought out other doctors to see the hospital’s authority.

Later, as Ms. Huang reflected on the situation, she felt insulted and deceived, so she chose to report the incident to the police.

Despite Ms. Huang’s report, the doctor denied the accusations, even boldly claiming that he was accustomed to such acts and felt nothing about them.

However, the police investigation and examination results revealed the truth: the doctor’s DNA was found on Ms. Huang’s body, confirming her allegations.

Ultimately, the doctor was administratively detained for five days and dismissed from the hospital.

It’s important to note that this is not an isolated case, as similar misconduct has occurred multiple times across the country.

For example, a male obstetrician in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, faced widespread condemnation for posting indecent remarks online and secretly filming female patients.

In another case, 19-year-old Xiao Li was asked to undress without appropriate protective measures during a physical examination, leaving her extremely uncomfortable and frightened.

These incidents reveal serious problems in doctor-patient relationships and have sparked widespread public concern about medical professional ethics and patient safety.

They remind us that although most doctors are professional and ethical, society still needs to be vigilant against the few who may abuse their positions for wrongdoing.

Being subjected to molestation is an extremely terrifying and humiliating experience, and responding to such situations correctly is crucial.

01

Leave the Scene Immediately
If possible, leave the perpetrator immediately and find a safe place.

This could be a friend’s house, a public place, or anywhere you feel safe.

02

Call for Help Loudly
If you are in danger, call for help loudly to attract the attention of people around you.

Sometimes, bystander intervention can stop the perpetrator and help you out of the situation.

03

Report to the Police Promptly
Contact the police as soon as possible to report the molestation incident.

Provide as much detailed information as possible, including a description of the perpetrator, the time and place of the incident, and any information about witnesses.

04

Preserve Evidence
Do not bathe or clean personal items, as this may remove evidence that could be favorable to you. If possible, preserve all relevant evidence, such as clothing, scene photos, etc.

05

Seek Medical Help
Seek medical examination as soon as possible, even if you feel you haven’t been injured.

Doctors can examine physical injuries and collect important evidence for legal proceedings.

06

Psychological Support
Many people experience psychological trauma after being molested. Seeking professional mental health support is crucial.

This could be through counseling, support groups, or assistance from other professionals.

07

Document Everything
Record all details of the incident as detailed as possible, including the perpetrator’s actions, time, place, and possible witnesses.

This record can be very useful in legal proceedings.

08

Know Your Rights
Understand your rights as a victim and the resources available to you.

Many places have victim support programs that provide legal and emotional support.

09

Consider Legal Action
While it’s a personal choice, taking legal action can hold the perpetrator accountable and prevent them from harming others.

Consulting a lawyer to understand your options and the best course of action is advisable.

10

Focus on Self-Care
Taking care of your physical and mental health is crucial.

Stay in touch with family and friends, engage in activities that help with recovery, and give yourself time to process and heal.

Remember, being molested is never your fault.

Everyone has the right to live in an environment without fear.

Seeking help and support is brave and an important step in the recovery process.

Chinese law provides comprehensive protection for women and children, so victims should have the courage to speak out and not allow criminals to escape unpunished.

These cases emphasize the need for stricter measures to prevent sexual harassment in the medical industry, including strengthening supervision, increasing transparency, and intensifying punishment for illegal actions.

At the same time, the public needs to be more vigilant to ensure safety and dignity when receiving medical services.

Through collective efforts, we can build a safer and more professional medical environment.
